ROZPOCZĘCIE REALIZACJI PROJEKTU ARMADILLO
Z dniem 1 października 2024 r. Komenda Wojewódzka Policji z siedzibą w Radomiu rozpocznie realizację projektu „ARMADILLO - Accurate Reliable Portable and Rapid Methods And Technologies for DetectIon of GHB Substances and Prevention Against Different Forms of VioLence and AssauLt SuppOrted by These Drugs”, w ramach naboru: „Zharmonizowane europejskie podejście kryminalistyczne do analizy narkotyków” w obszarze Działań innowacyjnych.
Liderem projektu jest Narodowe Centrum Badań Naukowych „Demokritos” z Grecji, a konsorcjum tworzy 15 instytucji, w tym: Policja z Mołdawii, Hiszpanii, Ministerstwo Spraw Wewnętrznych z Finlandii, Polska Platforma Bezpieczeństwa Wewnętrznego, podmioty badawcze i technologiczne z Luxemburga, Niemiec, Grecji, Holandii, Rumunii oraz instytucje edukacyjne z Grecji i Słowenii.
Celem projektu jest wyposażenie organów ścigania, w szczególności Policji i instytutów kryminalistycznych w całościowy, przełomowy i łatwy w użyciu przenośny zestaw narzędzi, który szybko wykrywa stężenie GHB w moczu, ślinie i napojach. Aby to osiągnąć konsorcjum projektu skupi się na zaprojektowaniu i opracowaniu systemów wykrywania substacji GHB integrujących zaawansowaną spetoskropię optyczną i techniki elektrochemiczne w celu identyfikacji GHB w różnych matrycach. Projekt będzie traktował priorytetowo ulepszone gromadzenie i udostępnianie dowodów kryminalistycznych, kładąc nacisk na zarządzanie danymi kryminalistycznymi oraz zapewnienie interoperacyjności i dostępności danych.
Wydziałem merytorycznym, który będzie repreznetował Komendę Wojewódzką Policji zs. w Radomiu w projekcie jest Laboratorium Kryminalistyczne.
Realizacja projektu rozpocznie się od pażdziernika 2024 r. i potrwa 36 miesięcy do końca września 2027 r. Całkowity budżet projektu wynosi 4 105 150,00 EUR, w tym budżet dla KWP zs. w Radomiu
to 71 875,00 EUR. Przedsięwzięcie jest finansowane ze środków Unii Europejskiej w Programie Horyzont Europa w obszarze: "Nowe metody i technologie w służbie działań policyjnych na rzecz społeczności lokalnych oraz najlepsze praktyki możliwe do przeniesienia".

From 1 October 2024, the Regional Police Headquarters in Radom will start implementing the project ‘ARMADILLO - Accurate Reliable Portable and Rapid Methods And Technologies for DetectIon of GHB Substances and Prevention Against Different Forms of VioLence and AssauLt SuppOrted by These Drugs’, under the call: ‘Harmonised European Forensic Approach to Drug Analysis’ in the area of Innovative Actions.
The project leader is the National Research Centre ‘Demokritos’ from Greece, and the consortium is formed by 15 institutions, including: Police from Moldova, Spain, the Ministry of the Interior from Finland, the Polish Platform for Internal Security, research and technology entities from Luxembourg, Germany, Greece, the Netherlands, Romania and educational institutions from Greece and Slovenia.
The aim of the project is to equip law enforcement agencies, in particular the Police and forensic institutes, with a comprehensive, groundbreaking and easy-to-use portable toolkit that rapidly detects GHB concentrations in urine, saliva and beverages. To achieve this, the project consortium will focus on the design and development of GHB detection systems integrating advanced optical spetoscopy and electrochemical techniques to identify GHB in different matrices. The project will prioritise improved collection and sharing of forensic evidence, emphasising forensic data management and ensuring interoperability and data accessibility.
The substantive department that will represent the Regional Police Headquarters in Radom in the project is the Forensic Laboratory.
Implementation of the project will begin in October 2024 and will last 36 months until the end of September 2027. The total budget of the project is EUR 4,105,150.00, including the budget for the Regional Police Headquarters in Radom.
